The Oscar Hammerstein Museum and Theatre Education Center (OHMTEC) is a non-profit dedicated to the preservation of Oscar Hammerstein II's Doylestown home and telling the story of his legacy as a librettist, lyricist, humanitarian and mentor. Tours will inlcude stories about Oscar Hammerstein's musical family, how his ground-breaking musicals forever changed the modern-day book-musical, and additional insight into his contributions to society through his many humanitarian acts.
Please be aware that you will be touring a historic home, and as such, the grounds may have uneven terrain, including pathways, walkways, and stairs. Exercise caution. To fully experience the entirety of the tour, guests will encounter two flights of stairs.
